The Sabé Sergio Smash (made with Sabé Copper, muddled lemons and mint) pairs beautifully with the goat cheesecake and burnt cheesecake at Pueblo Tapas.

A terrific Spanish restaurant located in Costa Mesa, Pueblo Tapas serves out a wide range of delicious flavors, from the Ceviche de Mariscos (seafood ceviche) to meat and cheese boards to paella. Of course, Sabé cocktails go well with all of that… but Pueblo Tapas took things another step further, developing a cocktail to feature with their desserts! The Sergio Smash (made with copper, muddled lemons and mint) pairs beautifully with the goat cheesecake and burnt cheesecake (pictured).
