Spotlight: December 2019 (Part One)
In Part One of the December edition of Sabé Spotlight, our culinary tour takes us to Claire’s at the Museum, Calavera Burrito Co., Street Noods and H&H Brazilian Steakhouse… cheers!
1. Claire’s at the Museum
Claire’s at the Museum has been operating as a part of the Long Beach Museum of Art since 2005 and has continued to please guests from all over with the combination of diverse art, delicious food, spectacular ocean views and stunning, one of a kind ambiance.
2. Calavera Burrito Co.
The Calavera is a sugar skull in Mexican Culture which is a common gift for children and symbolic decoration for the Day of the Dead. The Calavera tells us to live life to the fullest, honor our family and loved ones, and eat some burritos. A portion of the money made by Calavera is used to support charities and to give back to the community as much as possible.
3. Street Noods
Inspired by the bright lights of Asia’s nocturnal street markets that serve authentic, flavorful eats from tiny stalls, Street Noods offers pan-Asian street style noodles and more in the heart of the Third Street Promenade. Executive Chef David Lespron takes a unique time-honored approach to rapid street market noodles reminiscent of late nights turned early mornings.
4. H&H Brazilian Steakhouse
H&H is a Brazilian Steakhouse that is committed to working only with the best suppliers, ensuring they only serve organic, grass fed meat and produce. H&H was started by Henrique Huyer with the mission of bringing to the American market the authentic, traditional barbecue that originated in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
