Spotlight: January 2020 (Part Two)
In Part Two of the January edition of Sabé Spotlight, our culinary tour takes us to El Indio Botanas y Cerveza, Pueblo, Shuck and Baja Taco House… cheers!
1. Baja Taco House
Now open in Huntington Beach, Baja Taco House offers up a fantastic array of tacos, burritos, enchiladas and other Mexican classics. For those getting an early start, they also serve breakfast from 8am-11am, including machacas, chilaquiles, breakfast burritos and huevos rancheros. And of course, they’ve got some really delicious Sabé cocktails to go along with your meal, including their delicious Sabé Blanco Margarita (above) and Bloody Mary (below).
Located right off the 405 in Costa Mesa, Shuck Oyster Bar is a fantastic destination for seafood lovers. From oysters (raw and fried) to lobster rolls to pastas, soup and steamers, they’ve got something for everyone. In addition to their delicious Sabé cocktails, they’ve also got a fine assortment of craft beers and wine.
If you’re looking for delicious Spanish tapas in the Costa Mesa area, you’ve got to try Pueblo Tapas. In addition to their signature paella, they’ve got a terrific assortment of both hot and cold plates and a wide range of options for charcuterie and cheese boards. And of course, they’ve got some delicious Sabé cocktails (along with beer, wine and sangria) to pair with your meal.
4. El Indio Botanas y Cerveza
Located in Santa Ana, El Indio Botanas y Cerveza specializes in Botanas (appetizer portioned food). Their menu contains a wide array of wings, tacos and soups, along with a very diverse selection of Mexican craft beers. And of course, they’ve also got some delicious Sabé cocktails – like the Sabé Copper Sour pictured above – to pair with your meal.
