Welcome to the July edition of Sabé Spotlight, where we take you on a culinary tour and show off some of the finest Sabé cocktail/food pairings we find. This month, the second part of our journey takes you to The Firkin Pub & Grill, Schooner or Later, Quinn’s Irish Pub & Grill and Harajuku Taproom… Cheers!

Firkin Pub & Grill is a family-owned business run by locals Bruno and Mia. A traditional-style, family-friendly pub with a fresh twist, they combine traditional sports pub fare with fresh vegan and vegetarian options as well. They have a beautiful, private beer garden in the back, tucked away from the street and noise.

Established in 1985 and family owned and operated on the Long Beach waterfront, Schooner or Later serves breakfast and lunch all day. They are very popular with locals and travelers of all types. “The Mess” is their signature breakfast item, and it was featured on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
