Spotlight: November 2019 (Part Two)
This time, our culinary tour takes us to Circle Hook Fish Company, Green Leaf Gourmet Chop Shop, Dick Church’s Restaurant and Adolfo’s Mexican Food… cheers!
1. Circle Hook Fish Company
Located on the waterside at Lido Marina Village, Circle Hook Fish Company serves up a fresh and healthy take on fish and chips, wonton poke tacos, oysters on the half shell, Thai coconut clams, and a full kids menu. They source their fish from a fourth-generation member of the Newport Beach Dory Fleet, with a focus on local, sustainably-caught fish such as black cod and red snapper.
2. Green Leaf Gourmet Chop Shop
The farm-to-face culinary concept embodies Jonathan Rollo’s wellness philosophy of using local, fresh, natural and organic ingredients that are both delicious and wholesome. Creating authentic, community-based dining experiences is what separates Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop from other restaurants in the healthy-living marketplace. With a full bar including fresh craft cocktails, indoor and outdoor patio seating, and on-site chef’s garden, Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop is the modern farm stand.
3. Dick Church’s Restaurant
First opened in 1972, Dick Church’s serves a fantastic array of breakfast and lunch items. From omelettes, pancakes and waffles to sandwiches, salads and chili, Dick Church’s has something for everyone. And now, you can enjoy Sabé cocktails along with their delicious diner fare. You definitely don’t want to miss this Costa Mesa institution!
4. Adolfo’s Mexican Food
An institution in Laguna Beach, Adolfo’s serves up absolutely delicious Mexican food. From enchiladas to burritos and from tacos to chimichangas and nachos, the menu has something for everyone, with delicious beer and Sabé cocktails at the ready to wash it all down.
